Superposed structures
Every structure was aligned onto IsPETase (PDB 6EQE) when it was written, so these overlay directly: the browser does no alignment. Catalytic triads are drawn as ball-and-stick, using the residues the geometry stage actually measured rather than positions inferred from an alignment.
Structures
Interaction is deliberately minimal for now: pick structures, toggle the reference, reset the camera.
How candidates get chosen, how the triad is surfaced and whether pLDDT colouring becomes the default
are still to be designed.
