The whole reference set
The Home page lists 23 enzymes with a name, a lineage and a structure. That is the curated subset, not the reference set: the measured set is an order of magnitude larger, almost all of it from PAZy, and it is what the activity head is trained and evaluated on. This is that set.
Measured means a published experiment stands behind the label — PAZy lists an enzyme because activity on a plastic was measured, with the DOI attached. Annotated only means the label was assigned by sequence similarity and nobody measured anything; a model trained on those is largely rediscovering the rule that produced them, which is why the two are counted separately everywhere on this site.
